摘要: Infraspecific variation in flower colors was evaluated 26 populations of Calceolaria uniflora Lam. Southern Patagonia, Argentina. Computerized analysis high-resolution photo-images used to estimate the proportions red, orange and yellow surfaces two corolla parts, “instep” “throat”, field samples 20–35 flowers per population. The between-populations component accounted for 48% variance instep 24% throat colors. Geographic differentiation found between with a uniform red Andes west, maculate yellow-and-red Magellanic steppe east. Mixed occurred transition zone. Throat showed different, north-south geographic trend. Based on color pattern distribution, subspecies may be differentiated within C. uniflora. Their overall distribution is related climate vegetation, but their detailed better explained by isolation distance barriers gene flow.
