摘要: Introduction: Various materials and methods have been recommended for successful root canal obturation. The aim of this experimental in vitro study was to compare the sealing ability three sealers AH-26, glass ionomer cement (GIC) zinc oxide eugenol (ZOE) single gutta-percha obturating system. Methods Materials: Seventy extracted single-rooted human teeth were decoronated. randomly divided into 3 groups ( n =20) 2 positive negative control groups. After preparation, canals obturated with single-cone method using either GIC ZOE. leakage evaluated dye penetration method. samples sectioned evaluate linear a stereomicroscope. data analyzed One-way ANOVA test. Results: All specimens group showed evidence leakage. In groups, lowest scores observed AH-26 P <0.05). However, there no statistically significant differences between ZOE =0.676). Conclusion: superior seal less microleakage compared two other Keywords: Dye Penetration; Microleakage; Obturation; Root Canal Therapy; Sealer; Single-Cone
