Micro-SQUIDs based on MgB2 nano-bridges for NEMS readout

摘要: We show the results obtained from fabrication and characterisation of MgB2 loops with two nano-bridges as superconducting weak links. These ring structures are made to operate quantum interference devices investigated readout system for cryogenics NEMS resonators. The nano-constrictions fabricated by EBL ion beam milling. SQUIDs characterised at different temperatures measurements noise levels have been performed. high critical current densities voltage modulations under applied magnetic field, close temperatures.
