摘要: Electrode kinetic approaches have been applied to the investigation of Kolbe reaction on gold in “non-aqueous” (glacial acetic acid) solutions and anodic reactions which proceed aqueous (acidic) potassium acetate (1 M) solutions. Characterisation products under potentiostatic conditions confirms that does not with any detectable efficiency solutions; oxygen evolution is major process. Mechanisms are discussed terms analysis steady-state kinetics conditions. Conclusions regarding identity adsorbed intermediates, thence mechanisms based cathodic transients.
