摘要: Abstract Peanuts are vulnerable to fungal infections during long term storage. Fungi infecting peanuts toxigenic and cause health hazards. The goal of this study was isolation identification fungi in use silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) inhibit them. For purpose firstly, we have isolated from infected identified on the basis morphological molecular study. Out total 54 isolates, 47 were found be Aspergillus spp. other belongs Penicillium Macrophomina phaseolina. Biochemical assay performed identify cultures flavus species genus by inoculating it Differentiation Medium (ADM). Thirty-one isolates A. flavus . Toxicity evaluated Yeast Extract Sucrose agar (YES) medium with an additive methylated β-cyclodextrin nine toxigenic. Secondly, AgNPs synthesized ten different plants their characterization using various analytical techniques such as UV–Visible spectrophotometer, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Zetasizer Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis, etc. Further, antifungal potential thus evaluated. All possess ability growth. Cymbopogon citratus leaf extract mediated prominent against all test its minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) 20 μg/ml. biogenic approach proposed present is eco-friendly, safe economical viable. also reported significant activity peanuts, hence can effectively used for management pathogens.
