摘要: To evaluate the critical strain for internal cracking in continuous casting, a series of tensile tests on cylindrical ingots with liquid core as well solidification analyses were carried out. It was found that occurs and extends when total amount applied between zero strength temperature (ZST) ductility (ZDT) exceeds strain, independent deformation mode, whether or intermittent. According to this result, it can be stated condition crack formation casting strand should evaluated by ZST ZDT every roll, not hitherto incremental strain. Based this, prevention clarified.
