摘要: Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), a chronic condition characterized by an obstruction of the upper airway during sleep, is increasingly cause morbidity and mortality. Its effect on quality mood are widely acknowledged. Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) comprised from two families, omega-3 omega-6 PUFAs, biologically active involved in many body functions. PUFAs may mediate mechanisms depression overlapping with other risk factors. This chapter addresses current data cross-sectional studies for associations between aforementioned conditions patients OSAHS.
