Synthesis and Characterization of Silicon-Doped Mesoporous SO42–/TiO2 without Using Organic Templates

摘要: Abstract Mesoporous metatitanic acid was prepared from industrial TiOSO 4 solution without using templates. Si-doped mesoporous SO 2– /TiO 2 with high thermal stability then synthesized by impregnating tetraethylorthosilicate and calcination. The calcined samples were characterized X-ray diffraction, N adsorption desorption, scanning electron microscopy, photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. photocatalytic activity of for the degradation methylene blue tested. Tetraethylorthosilicate that adsorbed in pores formed Ti–O–Si bond reaction free –OH on pore walls during Silicon atoms introduced into framework TiO act as structure support, thus improved. sample at 700 °C h had a surface area 189 m /g an average diameter 2.8 nm. 400 excellent.
