摘要: In recent years, haploids produced in vitro and their subsequent doubled have become an important source of homozygous lines for hybrid breeding crop plants. Homozygous also been traditionally by continuous inbreeding. However, this approach is time consuming impractical forest trees because long generation cycles inbreeding depression. By making use haploid induction vitro, with a doubling chromosome number, pure can theory be obtained incorporated programs genetic improvement (Winton Stettler, 1974). Hybrid interesting alternative tree improvement, especially fast-growing species such as poplar, aspen, birch, willow. Through the process haploidization most individuals carrying detrimental recessive genes will eliminated hence it may expected that surviving plants are high quality. Haploids ideal somatic hybridization, genome mapping, resistance breeding, mutation selection recipients foreign genes.
