摘要: Abstract A 10-week feeding trial was conducted to explore the effects of dietary biotin and carbohydrate their interactions on growth performance glucose metabolism in juvenile turbot (Scophthalmus maximus L.). Six isonitrogenous isolipidic diets from a 2 × 3 factorial design formulated with two levels (16% 25%) three (0 mg/kg, 0.25 mg/kg 1.5 mg/kg) respectively. The results showed that turbots fed 16% 1.5 mg/kg had highest specific rate (SGR) higher activities intestinal amylase stomach pepsin. Dietary lowered postprandial plasma at 9 h 24 h, regardless levels. However, 24 h groups 25% consistently than those carbohydrate, In conclusion, significantly decreased by increasing insulin level plasma, activating PI3K (phosphoinositide 3-kinase)/AKT (protein kinase b) signaling pathway, promoting transportation, glycolysis, pentose phosphate pathway glycogen synthesis but inhibiting gluconeogenic pathway. Compared increased inhibition caused excessive (25%), however, hypoglycemic effect is limited.
