摘要: Objective The study aims to analyze job satisfaction among registered clinical dentists in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and also explore with different work environmental factors relate them overall satisfaction. Materials Methods A survey modified from American Dental Association version of published 2013 2014, was given 197 licensed Dubai Sharjah cities UAE. The questionnaire included four main sections, addition demographic questions. All questions were answered using 5-point Likert scale. only exception comfortability working environment which a 3-point Statistical Analysis Categorical data presented as frequencies percentages, analyzed means standard deviations. Regression analysis performed dependent variable seven aspects individual characteristics independent variables. An α level 0.05 used for tests statistical significance. Results The UAE is high compared other countries. Highest related relationship patients, colleagues, staff. On hand, least linked opportunity part-time benefits package. There no significant differences between male female participants regarding all work-related apart autonomy. However, private sector had higher public many factors. Conclusion There are various dimensions that collectively influence Difference existing levels need be addressed increase thus improve dental care system.
