摘要: Abstract The effects of horizontal and vertical pseudo-static forces on reinforced soil structures are investigated in the paper. In particular, magnitude amplification ground acceleration seismic stability slopes walls have been using Horizontal Slices Method (HSM). HSM is a limit equilibrium method for analysis structures, which offers number benefits over conventional slice methods. First, parametric study acceptable geotechnical, geometrical design parameters was undertaken. results presented dimensionless form relating to force required maintain slope ( K ) length reinforcements L c / H ). Different rotational planar slip surfaces shown various with different geotechnical strength parameters. Second, capability consider effect earthquake considered. It has that response depends mainly performance not significant low values acceleration. concluded ignoring phenomenon could result an underestimated design.
