摘要: Adsorption of bacteriophages phi 29 and 22a to protoplasts Bacillus subtilis 168 is described. The number binding sites on bacilli determined for each phage. Bacilli possess roughly the same per unit area 29, i.e., approximately 700 bacillus. There are also bacillus 22a, but only about one-third as many protoplast surface. A model adsorption proposed.
