摘要: Chitosan/hydroxyapatite composite microparticles were prepared by a solid-in-water-in-oil emulsification cross-linking method. The characteristics and activity in presence of simulated body fluid for 14 21 days investigated. size distribution, surface morphology, microstructure these biomaterials evaluated. scanning electron microscopy revealed an aggregate with particle size, ranged from 4 to 10 μm. deposited calcium phosphate was studied using X-ray diffraction analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma/atomic emission spectroscopy analysis phosphorus. These results show that the mineral, formed on microparticles, mixture carbonated hydroxyapatite calcite. Scanning crystals growth form rods organized as concentric triangular packets interconnected each other junctions. Interaction between chitosan growing calcite are responsible into spherical shapes. demonstrated potential materials bone repair.
