摘要: Introduction. There exists special concern about the patterns of communication in operating rooms, given their impact on patient outcome and relationships among working groups interacting this scenery. Materials methods. This is an observational study with real time registry failure course surgical procedures different specialties degrees complexity. Statistical analysis frequency most common errors ethnographic characterizing types miscommunication were completed. Results. Real observation 179 failures 35 procedures, 17% high complexity, low complexity 40% median 43%; 80% occurred at noon 60% afternoon; general anesthesia was used cases, spinal 20%. In 92% cases least, a resident present; 54% due to receptor, 84,3% during surgery, more than three same procedure 71,5% procedures. Discussion. are several variables factors that affect process rooms especially prone considering type activity takes place there. Identifying permits generating actions diminish morbidity mortality may result from miscommunication.
