摘要: Folding, a common defect in plastic forming, is prone to occur and very complicated especially the forming of multi-cavity parts by multi-direction loading, which most representative difficult process. Physical simulation experiment (PSE) with Plasticine provides an intuitive method for study metal flow folding defect. However, reasonable PSE evaluation it are lack understanding. In this work, taking typical part, 316LN tee valve, as object, physical were investigated considering composition, layered thickness, material modeling, along boundary friction. The results show that oil-based clay thickness 2 mm could accurately reflect characteristics due its good performance. Constitutive modeling based on similar strain hardening index proportional load, combined friction conditions at room temperature well macroscopically characterize evolution actual reliability applicability proposed further validated comparative analysis law finite element simulations under four loading paths.
