摘要: We report the observation of dc conductivity induced by ac excitation large amplitude in charge-density-wave state Nb${\mathrm{Se}}_{3}$. find a crossover from strong ac-dc coupling at low frequencies to weak high frequencies. These observations are clear contrast with carrier excitations across (small) gap, and we account for our findings arguments based on depinning charge-density waves.
