摘要: Abstract Reactive dyeing of cotton generates a great deal coloring wastewater containing residual dyes, electrolyte, alkali, and other auxiliaries. Especially for the effluent from first/initial spent bath, it may be comprised as high 60% initial dye dosed, 30–90 g/L sodium chloride or sulfate, plenty carbonate, making to most contaminative among entire reactive process. This paper presents new alternative regenerate waste first bath through catalytic ozonation with novel catalysts reuse in successive dyeing. Two catalysts, mesoporous carbon aerogel its supported cobalt oxide nanoparticles, were successfully prepared used degradation dyes effluents ozone. Degradation efficiency was determined by both decolorization chemical oxygen demand removal. The result showed could improve these two targets. For removal, strikingly enhanced 30% on whole comparing alone (approximately 50%) without catalyst. Waste after thereafter reused same It has been validated that regenerated can additionally twice sacrificing fabric quality, which cannot realized alone. Color difference dyed within acceptable tolerance, excellent levelness equal colorfastness had also achieved. is probably study investigate feasibility regenerating highly polluting materials. With speculated promising technology in-situ regeneration textile plant reuse.
