Anaesthetic management of the brain dead for organ donation

摘要: An increasing number of anaesthetists is being called upon to manage organ donors during retrieval procedures. We briefly describe the technical aspects surgical procedure together with a guide anaesthetic management. The aims latter may be summarized as “Rule 100”: systolic blood pressure > 100 mmHg, urine output ml · hr−1, PaO2 haemoglobin concentration g L−1.
