摘要: We investigated the genetic component of noise sensitivity using a twin-study design. The study sample consisted 573 same-sexed twin pairs from Finnish Twin Cohort. 131 monozygotic (MZ) and 442 dizygotic (DZ) with an age range 31 to 88 years replied questionnaire on health-related items in 1988. respondents was defined as high, quite low or low. MZ were more similar regards than DZ pairs, quantitative modeling indicated significant familiality. best z-fitting model provided estimate heritability 36% (95% CI = .20-.50) when hearing impaired subjects excluded this rose 40% .24-.54). In conclusion, does aggregate families probably has component.
