摘要: The ratio of emu lsify ing agents used to achieve stability is very important. In th study effect surfactant HLB and concentration on the emulsion were investigated. time required for two liquids separate, creaming volume microscopic observation assess stability. Emu lsifiers in this are based their chemical structures include synthetic, natural finely dispersed solid particles emulsifiers. It was observed that optimal oil/ water long-term 20% wt/vol. soap oil phase 0.1% detergent continuous phase. Higher had a destructive oil/water lsion wh ich correlated with interfacial film strength at interface decreases as increases. Methanol added inner aqueous exerted an osmotic pressure caused diffusion o il into increased v iscosity through increase fraction primary lsion. These types viscosity impose destabilization because likelihood rupture outer droplets.
