Analyse de la structure fine des chromosomes du Gorille (Gorilla gorilla)

摘要: Prometaphasic chromosomes of Gorilla, Homo and Pan are compared, using R, Q, T H-bands techniques in complement a previous work (Lejeune et al., 1973). Various mechanisms chromosomal rearrangements demonstrated with particular reference to heterochromatic segments. Some phylogenic conclusions proposed.
