摘要: Comprehensive management of lake water's quality and quantity from river eco-hydrological aspect has become an increased concern in terms water ecology environment; Baiyandian is the biggest natural important eco-function area North China. However, due to sharp decrease upstream basin, ecological environmental problems have occurred this lake, including frequent drying up, pollution, extinction valuable species. In study, a small catchment Wangkuai reservoir watershed which located Baiyangdian was selected as research area. Using 3S topography land use data inputs for distributed hydrological process model (SWAT), we simulated cycle based on changes climate use-land. We elementarily analyzed main cause flow Reservoir. The results showed that, 50 years between 1958 2007, ten-year average runoff decreased by 75.04%; 1985 warming trend annual 64.22%; wood 13.27%, grass farmland 4.89% 26.15%, respectively; contribution rate use-land cover were about 60% 40%, could see that change runoff. This provide reference resource environment protection
