摘要: Abstract Excitation of channel plasmons in a 1D array V-shaped grooves metal film the Kretschmann configuration was theoretically investigated. The were shown to be excited by s -polarized incident wave. excitation every single groove manifested itself local minimum angular spectrum reflection from grooves.
