摘要: Mobile phone-based interventions are increasingly used to prevent adverse health outcomes in heart failure patients. However, the effects of mobile on patients remain unclear. Our review aims synthesize randomized controlled trials (RCT) for and identify intervention features that most effective. Electronic searches RCTs published from January 2000 July 2019 were conducted. Primary included all-cause mortality, readmission, emergency department visits, length hospital stays, quality life. Secondary self-care behaviors, including medication adherence other clinical outcomes. A total eight studies with varying methodological met inclusion criteria analyzed. Voice call was more frequently compared telemonitoring short message services. meta-analysis showed voice had significant stays. no or life found. Compared interventions, calls effective reducing stay. Future needed which effectively improve
