摘要: Recent investigations have suggested that a lack of circular muscle fibers may be common situation rather than rare exception in polychaetes. As part comparative survey polychaete systems, the F-actin musculature subset Magelona cf. mirabilis and Prionospio cirrifera were labeled with phalloidin three-dimensionally analyzed reconstructed by means cLSM. Obvious similarities are sublongitudinal lateral, circumbuccal, palp retractor, dominating dorsal longitudinal, perpendicular lateral ventral transverse muscles. Differences between M. P. are: (1) two types prostomial muscles (transversal longitudinal) versus one type (diagonal) cirrifera; (2) (longitudinal) three (longitudinal, diagonal, circular) (3) five longitudinal (ventromedian, paramedian, ventral) four (two cirrifera. Ventral present thorax, but absent abdomen mirabilis. The triangular lumen pharynx is surrounded radial fibers; sets diductors attach to its side. unique features pair brain segmentally arranged muscles, latter located outside restricted sides lie beneath pattern described here for first time. A true, outer layer both species Spionida investigated.
