摘要: Copper crystals oriented for single glide were fatigue tested in push-pull mode at 295, 77.4 and 4.2 K. The saturation flow stresses ladder spacings a function of temperature only not dependent on specimen history. observed 25, 48 73 MNm− 2, the 1.3, 0.7 0.45 μm K respectively. stress necessary to bow out primary screw dislocation segment within structure accounted about 80% stress. strain rate dependence fatigued specimens was higher than that similar deformed tension, but lower previously reported values.
