摘要: THERE has been a great deal written in recent years on evolutionary relationships between prokaryotes and eukaryotes1,2, the possible origin of photosynthesis eukaryotic cells by endosymbiosis cyanobacterium2,3. Molecular methods have used an attempt to elucidate principal events Precambrian cellular evolution. For example primary structures plastocyanin4, cytochrome f5, ferredoxin6,7 published. These sequences compared functionally analogous macromolecules from eukaryotes. Before conclusions prokaryotic cyanobacteria algae plants can be made one representative amino acid sequence, it is necessary evaluate amount sequence variation proteins isolated wide range cyanobacteria. In this study plastocyanins cytochromes f was investigated. The results complete partial determinations these number cyanobacteria, suggest that rate evolution oxygenic photosynthetic much less than rates corresponding higher plants.
