摘要: IN recent research there is consensus about the large potential for achieving environmental benefits from altering users' behavior and way they interact with products [1]. A number of different strategies how this may be achieved through design have been identified [2]. However, few suggestions in literature to determine when which context are most likely effective. “Ideally industrial designers should equipped a decision-making tool, enabling evaluation alternatives order choose best suited each project” [3]. This abstract presents an ongoing project at Norwegian University Science technology, has aim develop such toolbox.
