摘要: The migration in a crystal of spatially inhomogeneous electronic excitations interacting with phonon thermostat is studied. evolution excitons band widths the order optical energy or greater shown to be adequately described by mixed, site-energy representation. A generalized diffusion equation obtained memory essentially dependent on exciton and an inhomogeneity term, describing redistribution between sublevels. [Russian Text Ignored.]
