摘要: Analytical methods were developed for atorvastatin, novobiocin and roxithromycin using microbore liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (microbore LC/ESI-MS/MS) in positive negative voltage switching mode. Atorvastatin require the positive-ion mode, whereas negative-ion mode is required determination of novobiocin. Using function, three analytes determined with one injection, time was half that separately run positive- modes, without any reduction sensitivity. A LC column (100 × 1.0 mm i.d.) chosen chromatographic separation mobile phase solvents acetonitrile 10 mM aqueous ammonium acetate. The flow-rate 0.1 ml min−1 injection volume 1 µl. quantified multiple reaction monitoring external standards. By voltage, a 4 min instrumental detection limits 1–3 pg. This analytical method, combined solid-phase extraction, applied successfully to trace levels above pharmaceuticals samples. detected sewage treatment plant final effluent.
