摘要: The aim of this thesis is to explore the barriers posed by special characteristics e-commerce that undermine consumer confidence in intra-Community crossborder and introduce possible substantive legal solutions eliminate those barriers. This based upon argument answer increasing vis-a-vis cross-border ecommerce lies empowering individual consumers with effective remedies for goods quality defects.
