摘要: This chapter describes work toward understanding the fundamentals of image flow and presents algorithms for estimating field. Image is velocity field in plane that arises due to projection moving patterns scene onto plane. The motion may be observer, objects scene, or both. also apparent where a change between frames gives illusion motion. can used solve important vision problems provided it accurately reliably computed. Potential applications are discussed Section 2.1.2.
