摘要: Abstract We propose an innovative nanoarchitecture for the development of electrochemical biosensors based on non-covalent functionalization multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) with lectin Concanavalin A (ConA) and site-specific supramolecular binding glycobiomolecules. As proof-of-concept, we use two glycoenzymes, glucose oxidase (GOx) horseradish peroxidase (HRP), building mono bienzymatic biosensors. The selected conditions preparation dispersion were 1.5 mg MWCNTs in 1.0 mL 2.0 mg mL−1 ConA sonicated 5.0 min sonicator probe. monoenzymatic biosensor was prepared by casting GCE MWCNTs-ConA (GCE/MWCNTs-ConA) followed interaction GOx (GCE/MWCNTs-ConA/GOx), while one obtained GCE/MWCNTs-ConA + HRP (GCE/MWCNTs-ConA/GOx-HRP). best analytical performance from amperometric response at -0.050 V presence 1.0 × 10-4 M hydroquinone. sensitivity (2.22 ± 0.03) μA mM−1 (which 5.2 times higher than biosensor) a detection limit 0.31 μM. reproducibility 5.4% challenged human blood serum showing excellent correlation values reported laboratory.
