The Paradox of New Traditional Confucian Economics in the Two Koreas

摘要: This paper considers Confucian influence in the economic systems of North and South Korea within context new traditional economy, introduced by authors initially 1996. Such an economy seeks to be modern technologically other ways, but also is embedded some extent a socio-cultural tradition, usually tried religion. In case two Koreas, they both come from strong tradition even though their current are very different, with Korean purest remaining command socialist system world, while much better performing one mostly market capitalist, although history considerable amounts indicative planning.
