摘要: This review deals with the different transport mechanisms mediating apical and basolateral of organic anions, all which are restricted to proximal tubule. Several mechanisms, such as para-aminohippurate transporter proton coupled di- tripeptide have been cloned, their role in renal has well characterized. Other proteins cloned from kidney, liver, or intestine, but anions needs be elucidated. is case Mdr2, oatp1 OAT-K1, were identified membrane tubule, MDR1, precise localization still uncertain. sodium transports anion exchangers involved reabsorption.
