摘要: Tako-Tsubo cardiomyopathy (TTC) is a reversible characterized by acute left ventricular segmental dysfunction, whose clinical presentation resembles that of myocardial infarction. The syndrome often follows psychophysical stressful event and echocardiographic evidence akinesia the mid-apical segments. Atypical patterns TTC have recently been described, triggered emotional stressors, rather than physical. In this report, we describe case atypical an unusual stressor (recurrent nightmare) in 45-year-old woman, with peculiar evolution persistent loss consciousness, neurological deterioration, absence typical symptoms TTC, features suggestive hysterical crisis.
