Porous CoO nanobundles composited with 3D graphene foams for supercapacitors electrodes

摘要: Abstract CoO nanobundles composited with 3D graphene foams (CoO NB@GF) in which NB consisted of porous nanoflakes are uniformly and closely bonded GF were prepared by the combination chemical vapor deposition, hydrothermal method thermal treatment. The NB@GF composites showing lightweight high conductivity can serve directly as supercapacitors electrodes (including current collectors) without any other conductive agents binders. cyclic voltammetry galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements on demonstrated a specific capacitance 352.75 F/g (221.75 F/g scaled to total mass electrodes) at 1 A/g density, good rate performance nearly no decay after 1000 cycles 10 A/g current.
