Hipotenar Hammer Sendromu: Olgu Sunumu

摘要: Introduction: Hypothenar Hammer Syndrome is trauma related vascular disease of the hand. Case: A 42-year-old man, manual worker, came to our department with a painful mass in his dominant Physical examination showed pulsatile at hypothenar region. Angiography demonstrated ulnar artery pseudoaneurysm. Results: Surgical resection affected part and reconstruction was performed vein graft. Keywords: Syndrome, Ulnar Artery Pseudoaneurysm
