摘要: Bloodstream infection (BSI) is one of the most common causes nosocomial in neonatal intensive care units (NICU). The aim present study was to determine bacterial agents and their susceptibility patterns antibiotics investigate risk factors associated with BSI. This a nested case–control carried out from September 2009 June 2010 NICU wards Sanandaj hospitals western Iran. Cases were patients BSI controls other who had negative blood culture. Bacteriologic diagnosis antibiotic pattern performed based on Edward & Ewings National Committee Clinical Laboratory (NCCL) Standards. Of 472 hospitalized NICU, 6.4% (n = 30) including 17girls (56.7%) 13 boys (43.3%). Enterobacter SPP predominant isolated bacteria culture (36.7%). maximum resistance sensitivity observed by Tetracycline Ciprofloxacin respectively. Risk age ≤ 7 days (p 0.001), previous consumption 0.013), low birth weight (LBW), 0.001). Gram Entrobacter particular are pathogens. Improving prenatal health care, standards control choosing accurate recommended avoid units.
