Ancient DNA in anthropology: Methods, applications, and ethics

摘要: Anthropologists were quick to recognize the potential of new techniques in molecular biology provide additional lines evidence on questions long in- vestigated anthropology, as well those that, while always interest, could not have been ad- dressed by more traditional techniques. The earliest an- cient DNA studies, both within anthropology and other fields, lacked rigorous hypothesis testing.
