摘要: This conceptual paper examines bicultural interactions in organizations as they are experienced by the involved individuals. Notions from Bakhtinian dialogism used order to conceptualize sensemaking opportunities provided encounter with a cultural otherness. It is argued that such situations, because of lack intimate understanding other culture, third element dialogic relation - ‘thirdness’, i.e. itself, without which there would be no potential may lacking result distorting combination projected similarity and stereotyping, added certain counterproductive organizational dynamics. Therefore, it suggested that, make work interaction rewarding could be, thirdness should coordinated management way can transcend spontaneous negative dynamics confrontational situation. If was fail organize (with) appropriately, bringing party possible alternative initiate necessary mutual eventually lead fruitful interaction.
