摘要: In ten patients suffering from acute respiratory failure (ARF) renal function was evaluated during 2-h periods of intermittent mandatory ventilation (IMV) or controlled mechanical (CMV). Urine flow, osmolal and creatinine clearances were significantly lower CMV in comparison to both IMV phases the free water clearance less negative. Potassium excretion declined with but remained reduced second phase. There no change sodium excretion. This study suggests that order maintain prevent retention use should be considered whenever a sufficient reserve for partial spontaneous is present.
