摘要: The complete amino acid sequences of [2Fe-2S] ferredoxins from Datura quercifolia (section Stramonium) and D. fastuosa Dutra) have been determined by automated Edman degradation the entire Cm-protein peptides obtained tryptic digestion CNBr treatment. exhibited identical to stramonium metal ferredoxins, respectively. This result suggests that sequence depends on section but not species plants.
