摘要: In past decades many surgeons, particularly in North America, used to perform spinal fusion all the patients submitted lumbar disc herniation. recent years, vast majority of surgeons does not carry out primary surgery for effect, while most with herniation do need fusion, this may be indicated or even necessary a limited number cases.
