摘要: China's economy has risen to the second place since 2010, accompanied by largest energy consumption in world. As one of major air pollutants from fossil fuel, excessive SO2 emissions have severe negative impacts on eco-environments. In order achieve balance between economic growth and environmental protection, many efforts been made reduction SO2. The route map for China includes policy setting, structure adjustment, construction desulphurization facilities. These initiatives together had resulted significant along with fast development. This study provides a useful reference other developing countries coping control. findings also provide implications reducing two binding control targets Twelfth Five-Year Plan period China, i.e. NOx CO2.
