摘要: Superconductivity is one of the most attractive properties complex metal oxides. Although large-scale applications superconducting materials, using coated conductors oxides, have been launched, this chapter focuses on high-quality epitaxial films High-quality are mandatory for investigations physical properties, foremost quest mechanisms driving superconductivity. In addition to growth thin films, we also review synthesis new oxides by advanced thin-film methods.
