摘要: In order to foster the competitiveness of food supply chain, European Commission is committed promote and facilitate restructuring consolidation agricultural sector by encouraging creation voluntary producer organisations. To support policy making process DG Agriculture Rural Development has launched a large study, “Support for Farmers’ Cooperatives (SFC)”, that will provide insights on successful cooperatives organisations as well effective measures these These can be used farmers themselves, in setting up strengthening their collective organisation, its effort encourage EU.
