摘要: Abstract The paper studies the results of analysis samples from sacrum and sacral foramina selected areas skeletal remainings extracted Sarmatian kurgan burials burial mound Kovalevka. revealed intestinal parasites' eggs two genus Diphyllobothrium sp. Trichuris Few factors explain presence parasites among Sarmatians. It could result due to insanitary conditions in nomadic camps, where hygiene was not well-developed. Another possibility is that Sarmatians ate imported food, already contaminated by trichiura or visited areas, epidemiologically unsafe potentially trichuriasis. Human contamination with might also indicate population periodically consumed fish as an additional source but insufficiently heat-treated.
