GdBO3:Eu Phosphor Particles with Uniform Size, Plate Morphology, and Non-Aggregation

摘要: GdBO3:Eu vaterite type particles with fine size, plate morphology, and non-aggregation were first prepared by the mild hydrothermal method. Their characteristics investigated compared those of solid state reactions. The result showed that method appears to be applicable prepare high quality phosphors for practical uses. This conclusion was reinforced existence an important improvement in photoluminescent performances.
